A healthy quality diet includes high intake of fruits, nuts and seeds, vegetables, fish, legumes, and cereals and limited intake of meat and dairy products, whereas sugary beverages, high salt, and processed and red meat are indicative of an unhealthy quality diet. Illustrated by Mao Miyamoto.
